Supervise and train one Junior Marketing Manager (shared with other Marketing Manager) Defines the product roadmap with a time horizon of 1 year for a product range with known functionality and existing technologies. Defines proposals for the short term (1year) marketing strategy. Translates the midterm product roadmap into concrete product specifications. Implements the short term business plans, goals and product roadmap. Cooperates with Product Managers, who are responsible for short term product portfolio, MarCom and MIP. Makes use of external specialization, such as MarCom and marketing research. Acts within MarCom directives and defined marketing plan.

Marketing input into acquisition/licensing plans for the division. 5. Identify and act on market trends, customer needs and competitor activities. Proactively communicates with key customers. 6. Ensure efficient inventory control of the brands, via an accurate monthly rolling forecast and inventory tracking reports. This is to ensure that divisional inventory targets are met & lead S&OP; meetings. 7. Ensure that Corporate Compliance policies and procedures are enforced within CH standards. Responsible for adherence to regulatory requirements and industry code of ethics.
